Assist in filing proper documents with governing agencies. Bidding or Negotiation Phase Assist in securing bids. Assist in evaluating proposals. Administration of Construction Contract Provide administration of the contract. Make periodic visits to the site. Interpret documents to the contractor. Review contractor's applications for payment. Review shop drawings and samples. Receive operating manuals, guarantees, and related documents. Prepare change orders. Inspect the completed work.
